1. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to interfere with its normal operation, generating unlawful content, or violating the rights of others.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you create with Voyce. Voyce retains ownership of the platform, software, and underlying intellectual property.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voyce is incorporated.
